Field Auditor


  • College graduate of any business course
  • At least 1-2 years relative work experience

Job Scope:

  • Responsible in accurate encoding of assigned store count sheets for Happy Skin
  • Responsible in generating store variances and ensure timely reconciliation of audited data (done at least every 2 months per platform)
  • Responsible in accurate auditing of inventory levels within multiple retail/ecommerce locations.
  • Communicates with retail/e-commerce employees, operations and management to ensure proper recording of all transactions.
  • Monitor and control discrepancies by implementing Inventory management procedures.
  • Analyzes data obtained by using problem solving skills to determine that activities and transactions within the stores are adhering to company policies.
  • Prepares detailed reports based on specific findings that communicate actionable results which are then presented to Management.
  • Monitor and measure process performance in these categories: Sales, Loss Prevention, Physical Security, Safety and Inventory Management.
  • Evaluates third parties’ performance based on company standards related to Inventory Management, selling procedures and store/company compliance policies.
  • Report suspected fraudulent activities.
  • Review transactions, documents, records, reports and methods of accuracy (or to detect errors) and effectiveness.
  • Do field work audit such as physical inventory count, cash count audit etc
  • Any other tasks assigned by Line Manager


Retail Operations Supervisor


  • Graduate of any four-year course, preferably with a major in Business or Marketing
  • Must have 2 or more years of work experience under a retail company or a FMCG company
  • Previous Key Account Managers, Buyers, Operations assistants/supervisors, Asst. Category/Brand managers may apply
  • Has superior analytic skills
  • Has an organized and systematic work process
  • Has both charismatic and pragmatic leadership skills
  • Has knowledge in operations – can manage and motivate people, can create leaders, has a creative vision on how to achieve sales goals and has the patience in dealing with mall operational details.
  • Well versed in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Can work with minimum supervision and under pressure
  • Must have the ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams.
  • Someone who believes that working overtime and during weekends is inevitable in Operations

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Operations Manager
  • Ensure smooth retail operations (from demand planning to ensuring 100% fill rate) by helping the Operations Manager implement operational rules and systems, even periodically assessing, modifying, and improving these procedures.
  • Ensure that all operational requirements (such as product requests, store improvements & store promotions) for the accounts are served by coordinating with the office support group, external suppliers, and other retail partners.
  • Constantly visit Happy Skin stores and beauty counters, where you will evaluate the performance of beauty assistants, check store orderliness, do market studies, and troubleshoot/provide solutions to operational issues.
  • Ensure that each store or beauty counter has stocks, testers, and supplies that they need by reporting needs to the head office, even going the extra mile of delivering urgent items to the store.
  • Attend to operational events, such as certain product launches, accounts special activities, invitational selling, conventions, fairs, bazaars, etc.


Innovations Manager


  • Graduate of any four-year course, preferably Business or Management
  • 1-2 years experience in project management, retail merchandising and buying.
  • Must be exemplary in the following areas: organization, research, communication, and can work with minimum supervision

Brand Manager


  • Graduate of any four year course, preferably with a major in Business or Marketing
  • At least 2 years of solid experience in Brand Management (experience in the FMCG or Retail industry is an advantage)
  • At least 1 year experience in supervisory or assistant managerial
  • Must have excellent leadership, project management, communication (both oral and written), and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have the ability to collaborate well with cross-functional teams.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Contribute ideas to product development, beauty innovations and testing and assessment of products
  • Assist with brand image and experience, marketing, merchandising, design and promotion, developing and executing short and long term strategies and marketing initiatives
  • Help monitor and analyze marketing budgets, pricing, sales and competitive activity.
  • Manage the brand through social media accounts, brand website and public relations – channels we rely on the most to create consumer demand, shape the direction and perception of the brand.
  • This includes but is not limited to managing and updating Happy Skin’s Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok answering inquiries across all social media accounts; creating and implementing content calendars and digital marketing plans; assisting with the creation and implementation of public relation initiatives and promotional content such as press releases, corporate newsletters/e-zines, social media content; ensuring social media and PR messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies.


Graphic Designer


  • Graduate of any Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, or any related field.
  • With at least 2 years of relative work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to be a team player yet work independently when required.
  • Extensive knowledge and skills in adobe creative cloud (photoshop, illustrator, premiere pro).

Duties and responsibilities

  • Create visual concepts and layouts for the brand’s online materials, which inspire, inform, and captivate consumers without compromising brand identity.
  • Assists with brand image and experience, marketing, merchandising, and promotion through high-impact design solutions, graphics, text, and visuals.
  • Contribute to brand building by developing and creating visual material, photographs, graphics, art, and the like for the brand’s social media accounts, e-commerce & offline stores – channels we rely on the most to create consumer demand, shape the direction and perception of the brand.
  • Brainstorm & produce packaging designs with the team based on brand and collection look.
  • Assist on shoots and help with art direction.


Sr. Operations Manager


  • Must have minimum of 5 years work experience in Operations under a retail company or FMCG company

Operations / Warehouse

  • Organizes and controls implementation of operations and sales tactics/strategies.
  • Responsible for the development and implementation of all store operations of the brand.
  • Develops operational plans, policies and strategy that aligns with the organization’s vision and its current and long-term business objectives.
  • Responsible for long-range business planning and strategy of Operations.
  • Oversee warehouse operations and performance.
  • Approver of Warehouse inventory and reconciliation.
  • Recommend business/process improvements for Operations and warehouse.

Admin / People Management

  • Oversee admin staff of the company.
