A: The shipping fee and courier will depend on the number of items, weight of the package, and shipping location. The shipping rate will appear with the order summary on the checkout page.
Please note that local duties and taxes may apply depending on your country’s customs.

Returns Policy

Q: I’ve received a defective product and would like a return or refund. What is your returns policy?
A: Happy Skin offers the highest quality products at the best prices. All items sold go through quality control procedures as we inspect and pack all orders with care, so all sales are considered final.
However, in case you’ve received damaged, wrong, or incomplete items:
Take photos or videos of your purchase as proof (unpacking videos are highly encouraged)
Email us within 7 days of receipt at shop@happyskincosmetics.com

Note:
  1. Claims without proof are void of warranty
  2. Opened or used products are no longer eligible for return or replacement. In case of damaged item/s, product/s must be returned in the condition they were received and in original packaging.
  3. In case the replacement of a missing/damaged item is unavailable, the customer will be given a voucher which may be used on a different item. Any adjustments on the price will be shouldered by the customer.
