A: Yes, All Happy Skin SPF claims are true and backed by SPF testing conducted by our Korean and Taiwanese manufacturers.
Q: Are Happy Skin products ingredients safe for sensitive skin?
A: Happy Skin’s products are formulated for all skin types and made with skin-caring ingredients to help protect and nourish the skin. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend conducting a patch test by applying a small amount of the product on your forearm. If you do not experience any redness or itching, this indicates that the product will not cause you allergies. Q: How do I choose the right shade for my foundation or powder?
A: Our product listings contain visual shade guide matches for you to compare with your skin tone and undertone. Your skin tone is the main color of your skin, ranging from fair to deep skin. Your undertone is the natural shade within that color.
There are 3 common undertones: Warm, Neutral and Cool.

A: All our shades have been formulated to match all skin tones. You may refer to our product listing shade guides for visual references.
Q: When does my makeup expire?
A: The best rule of thumb is to follow the period after opening which is usually 12 months for Happy Skin products. Our manufacturing dates are placed on our packaging, with an average shelf life of 3 years.
For example, if the product was manufactured in January 2023, it must be opened on or before January 2025, so that it can be used within the recommended period after opening.

A: Orders will be processed on the earliest business day the payment has been confirmed.

A: You will be notified by your bank as soon as your payment has been confirmed.
Q: What should I do when my payment is declined?
A: Kindly double check that you’ve typed in the correct card details. If everything is correct, please contact your local bank to look into your account.
Q: Why was I charged the wrong amount?
A: Kindly contact your local bank for further assistance on the charges, as there may be additional surcharges like tax or transfer fees.
Q: Can I edit or cancel my order?
A: Change of mind is not a valid reason for order cancellation. However, you may change the details of your order such as your delivery address or contact details. You may contact us at shop@happyskincosmetics.com on the same day the order is made, so that the adjustments can be made before shipping out. The Happy Skin support team is available on weekdays from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (GMT+8), excluding holidays.

A: The shipping fee and courier will depend on the number of items, weight of the package, and shipping location. The shipping rate will appear with the order summary on the checkout page.

Returns Policy
Q: I’ve received a defective product and would like a return or refund. What is your returns policy?
A: Happy Skin offers the highest quality products at the best prices. All items sold go through quality control procedures as we inspect and pack all orders with care, so all sales are considered final.
However, in case you’ve received damaged, wrong, or incomplete items:
Take photos or videos of your purchase as proof (unpacking videos are highly encouraged)
Email us within 7 days of receipt at shop@happyskincosmetics.com
Note:
- Claims without proof are void of warranty
- Opened or used products are no longer eligible for return or replacement. In case of damaged item/s, product/s must be returned in the condition they were received and in original packaging.
- In case the replacement of a missing/damaged item is unavailable, the customer will be given a voucher which may be used on a different item. Any adjustments on the price will be shouldered by the customer.
